Dissatisfaction
When I opened the box there were spots on the inside of box and there were 10 or more empty units that had emptied inside. This is the first time I have encountered a problem like this.

Helpful
These are so helpful to my family while my mom was alive we were shut-ins so we had to make do I found these and they are so helpful. Since she passed we still order them and have Communion together in memory of our late Queen.

OK for COVID-safe communion, but difficult for older adults to remove the lids
We used these for assisted living and memory care residents during COVID. The care staff would open them for residents as the lids are difficult to take off. For older adults an easier to open package is required. On the other hand, seeing a couple of packages had opened in transit - only opening the wafer part, not the juice thankfully - they aren't so difficult to open that they don't come open by mistake. The vendors need to consider the speed with which cups can be opened compared with just walking round a care community with chalice and dish of wafers. It makes a service much longer if you need to wait for care staff to open the cup for each resident. It's not clear what the solution is, and these cups were appreciated by those that received Holy Communion, but they were awkward to use.Possibly longer flaps on the tops to make it easier to pull them open would help. I am wondering if packaging the wafers like in a box of chocolates with a little case of each wafer but only one box lid to open would keep them separate. So then they could be handed round more easily. There would still need to be a solution for juice distribution that minimizes COVID risk.So during COVID these work, but make sure the congregants are able enough to open them easily. If you are using them for the first time and are a worship leader or pastor it is worth telling people how to open them.

It does the work.
I was a little disappointed that some of the cups were sticky due to some of the cups were crushed and must have leaked grape juice. Also, expiration date is not here yet and the bread is starting to get a little weird. I suppose we should order small amounts at a time.

Easy and sanitary way to have Communion
I'm not a fan of the prepackaged Communion from any brand, but so far this one is not bad. The grape juice tastes a bit bitter to me, everyone else says it's just fine. It is EASY to open. Some brands are tricky to remove the outer plastic, but this one is simple to use. And best part, no cleanup.
