Lots of research has been put into developing these flavours, in collaboration with a prestigious Italian University.Cold-processed organic chocolate with açaà berries, rosehip, red orange zest, grape seeds extract and green tee extract. Beauty: A combination of qualities, such as shape, colour, or form, that pleases the intellect. This chocolate is traditionally made following the age-old Modica cold working recipe. Throughout the process the temperature never exceeds 45 degrees Celcius. This allows all the cocoa's unique aromatic notes and ingredient's beneficial properties to be fully preserved. Made using selected extroardinary cocoa from Ecuador: the Nacional fino de aroma Arriba Superior Summer.
