Every Woman
At some stage or age, every woman suffers from hot flashes and mood swings. This product is for each of those women. Wish it cost less! The world would be a better place. Unfortunately, every woman does not have access to this product. Either lack of knowledge, access, and/or cost of the product, keeps every woman in need ,from helping change the world. Beneficial, but Not The Strongest Probiotic
After receiving this product at a discounted price for an unbiased an honest review, I was immediately annoyed with the way this product is marketed. Stating “Strongest Probiotic on the Market by Over 5x” and “40 Billion Organisms (Highest Potency on the Market)” is simply “hogwash bumbledashery” as I like to say. As an avid fan of Garden of Life probiotics, I know that their products contain up to 100 Billion CFU’s. A CFU by the way indicates "Colony Forming Units" and is supposed to represent the amount of live probiotic at the time of digestion. Why market as “Strongest” when a competitor can, could, and has come out with a “stronger” product.“STRONGEST PROBIOTIC” CONTAINS:lactobacillus (l.) acidophilus – supports abdominal health, bloating and occasional irregularitiesl. paracasei – helps encourage the growth of other beneficial bacterial. plantarum – resistant to low pH conditions and bile concentrationsb. lactis – bacteria often found in raw yogurt known for healthy immune responses“Strongest Probiotic” contains 4 strains of bacteria, while many other products contain 30+ different bacterial strains. As the medical community is still learning about the benefits of healthy gut flora, I am leery of a product only containing the four most common probiotic bacteria.Serving size is 2 capsules daily. As probiotics are live bacteria and must be kept in a cool area to stay alive, it is important to keep this product in the refrigerator or other cool area.Yes, you will benefit from taking this product, but there are numerous better choices of probiotics available. Not bloated from carbs at all!!
This probiotic has been great! I take probiotics to help with my digestive tract. I have a finicky intestinal tract and I take a lot of different supplements that have the potential for messing up the bacterial profile in my gut. I have to keep it balanced out with taking a high quality probiotic. I have had mixed results with many different probiotics so I was nervous to try a new brand. This brand seemed to be reputable and I was willing to try something new. This supplement has made me feel great. I think my digestive system is working better and pulling out more nutrients out of my foods because I don’t have to eat as much to feel sated and maintain energy throughout the day. This is great because I like to change my diet often depending on if I am trying to put on weight for a weight lifting competition or trying to shave off fat when I am trying to get cut. When on a gain cycle I normally get bloated from the carbs I am eating but this past week (which was a gain week) I did not get bloated at all from all the carbs I was eating.
