This product is so easy to use, there are no special instructions. A little goes a long way. I use the "leave-in" conditioner every time I wash my hair and my hair is so soft and manageable, I can't believe it! Once, I used too much and it made my hair greasy looking. Packaging was not very sturdy. It arrived with one end completely open. An expensive product to just be able to fall out of package.

Monat ruined my daughter's hair. We initially purchased the shampoo, conditioner and the intense repair treatment serum from our local hairstylist in hopes to add life to her hair after some stressful events in her life. The reviews were great at the time. It seemed harmless for the first few months, then the thinning became more and more obvious. She used the products for almost a year. It has thinned out so much, you can see spots of bare skin. Thankfully her scalp is still OK. We thought it was stress,, until we searched online and read the latest customer reviews! She stopped it about a month ago, now we're looking into treatments/supplements to help restore her hair. Worth noting: my daughter's hair is naturally wavy, rather fine, has never been colored. She is 20 years old. Please do an extensive research before you consider purchasing this product.
