I use ashwagandha each morning in my porridge. And I bought this brand of ashwagandha powder because of the container it's offered in. I dislike the pouches that everyone uses since it makes the kitchen cupboard look so cluttered. I wish all supplement powders were offered in this type of container. The taste, freshness and quality of this product are all perfect. Bet you would have never guessed I bought it for the container! Excellent product and I will continue to buy it. Thank you!

This product does what it says. I've been having problems with my joints, especially my TMJ. Had been experiencing radiating pain from my TMJ to my mouth to include my teeth. The pain was unpredictable and sometimes very intense. it was becoming more difficult to chew food because of this pain. After taking this a couple of days I noticed that the painful episodes had decreased and were much less intense. I take this product once daily in the morning. I mix 1 tsp of Ashwagandha Root Powder with 1 tsp of Moringa Leaf powder in an 8oz cup of hot water. I mix it up; add some stevia and drink it as a tea. (You will have to get used to the taste.) If I take daily I can go through my day without pain. If I miss it or forget to take it with me on trips the pain gradually comes back to full force. So I'm grateful I tried this product. I'm over 50 and my joints do feel much better and my focus and concentration are very good.I drink this for the benefits I receive andI highly recommend this product.

Good product only wish I had bought in capsules. Really strong and unappealing taste.

At age 76, I workout 6 days a week. I personally feel taking ashwaganda (about a teaspoon full twice daily) gives me a boost in energy and mental concentration. I use the powder form and mix it with a few ounces of water. It has the flavor and texture of drinking ashes from a fireplace, but to me that is a small price to pay for the benefit that I receive from it.

I love my Ashwaganda. Great product & organic in a PBA tub. I'm 58 & this product helps my sleep and keeps me balanced when I get stressed out! It also helps wit restless leg syndrome. I don't have that but my friend dose & Ive shared some with her & it helped!

This product is not the quality I was hoping for. It is a fine powder on the whole but has tiny slivers of what appears to be the outer skin of the root that do not dissolve. I have been purchasing Ashwagandha with a different brand name that is the same fine powder without the slivers that do not dissolve. I believe the product will be as effective as that which I previously purchased, it's just not as nice.

Looks like a very high grade product. First time for me and I haven't used it but for 3 days so I cannot really say whether it is doing any good but time will tell. I will definitely buy more of this brand though as it is really quality stuff. I used it in a smoothie the first day which worked great. The second day I made the mistake of sticking a whole teaspoon in my mouth. Don't try this at home.:) And the 3rd day I sprinkled a teaspoon on my dinner plate and that worked pretty good too.
