I bought this muscle roller stick for my boyfriend because he is prone to cramps in his legs. We've had it for about a month and it has gotten a lot of use and is good for all muscles of the body, even the back. It is made of really tough material and does not permanently bend with heavy pressure, as many other roller sticks do. It is long enough that even those with thick legs would be able to roll out their legs without a problem. For the price, I believe this is one of the best options Amazon has to offer. It came promptly with the free shipping that was offered for this product.

I indecisively bought two rollers - one for home and one for the gym - made by different manufacturers. This is a good roller that gets the job done. Based on using the other roller that I purchased, I wish the roller "beads" on this version were a little larger as it makes for a smoother roll.

I play soccer in a couple leagues and this is a great tool to help stretch my calfs and quads before and after the games. It is a good deal as well - other rollers I see are double the price. The individual rollers on the poll aren't uncomfortable - they're hard plastic but feel good on skin directly or over your shorts. Sometimes my leg hair gets caught in them, but 99% of the time I can roll out my legs with no issues at all.

I've had a couple of bad purchases but of all of them I believe this is the worst. It is made of cheap plastic like real cheap plastic it's I don't even have explain it it's so bad play is you will regret purchasing this I don't have to take the time to either return it for your money or throw it away or something or or maybe use it to like play with your dog toilet and let infected or something but I doubt that it would last long because if it's a decent size dog is going to rip right through the plastic but it is the worst thing I think I've bought. I am and advanced fitness trainer and therapist and this is absolutely a joke that I I just don't understand anyway if somebody from corporate Amazon but take a look at this saying I don't think they would let them sell it on Amazon to save your time and don't waste your eyes like I did mine. I am using this on my husband's sore muscles. It works wonders -- much better than the rolling pin I was using. My hands no longer can massage but I can roll the stick over those sore muscles quite well.
