Q: are the nutrients in aquamin similar to pink salt?

I'm just a fellow shopper, but it says on the bag after Aquamin (Magnesium Sea Minerals) so I assume that's what Aquamin is -- a trademarked version of magnesium sea minerals. The Himalayan salt aka pink salt is listed as a separate ingredient.

Q: How much sodium in a serving? I need it!!!

The nutrition facts are on product image #2. One TBSP (one serving, according to the package) has 25mg of sodium.

Q: The pouch i received is paper outside and plastic and mylar inside making it not actually eco-friendly…am i missing something here?

When they say: "Our paper pouch saves 20-60 single use plastic stick packs from existing", I think they are pointing out that this is one large package and no need for all those single serve packages which pollute. The important thing is that this is a great product and works!!! Hope you enjoy and Merry Christmas!!

This has no carbonation and 1g of sugar per serving. Mild lemon taste. The beauty of this hydrate is you can mix it as strong or as mild as you wish it. I use it every day and I am 85 yrs. old.
