For the price, this a really solid stand, well for any price! Used it loads already, made better with a spacer (washer) to better fit my bike.

The box arrived damaged and there were a few assembly pieces missing, but that's more than likely down to the courier and it doesn't take away from the quality of the product.

Hold on tight excellent value for money easy to assemble does the job well .

This stand is well made! I bought it to hoist my BMWk1300GT front wheel clear of the ground to remove the wheel etc. I knew it would not fit without modification but all I had to do was cut one of the pegs off drill a hole in the two long plate which usually hang down fit a 10mm bolt with the head cut off held in place with a nut either side of the plate, slide on the rubber from the cut peg. Then for easy locating on the bike I fitted washers at the outside of the spring loaded shaft with the R clip. This adjust how much the plates with the pegs protrude. Slide it in locate the pin into the special pocket BMW have for this operation and pull down and up she goes. The genuine stand from BMW was over £300 so for an hours work and the £30 quid all in for the stand I was well chuffed.

This arrived from Germany much faster than I had expected which was excellent. It was a Christmas present for my husband and he said it went together beautifully and it looks and feels really substantial . He is absolutely delighted with it and would thoroughly recommend it

It is a good bit of kit, the only problem for my bike which is a Bonneville I have to take off the exhausts before I can lift bike, but if I was doing major service yes good.
