I suffer from chronic tension headaches and since starting this oil nightly before bed on my neck and the bottoms of my feet, I no longer wake up with a stiff neck or headache. Boyfriend has leg aches and cramps from working a very physical job. He says this helps. It does itch my hands when I rub it in. Going more as a topical after a massage with carrier oil, getting alot of it on my hands itches, but goes away with washing with soap.

leaves a sticky/tacky feel. cant use without washing off so I feel like is a waste. Tried to give it a real shot by dealing with the tacky feel by wearing to bed (would wash in the morning) but didn't feel any of the affects.... was really hoping to like this product. can only use on feet because of tacky feel.

Still makes you very itchy if you have dry skin. Smells nice, no noticeable sleep advantages because I was still very itchy.
