BrickOvenBaker 10-inch Round Banneton Proofing Basket

Positive: Good sized (true 10”) and well proportioned. Negative: Splitting noted on one area of rattan and papier-mâché like material noted all over on the inside of basket (see pictures). Not satisfied with overall quality. I will be returning this one.

Pretty good product, exactly as expected and as described. Ideal for 2-3 pound loaves.
