Great product
Years after I purchased this , I still use it for my travels and it works great to keep my insulin cold!

Best cool medical travel container
If you travel and need medical supplies kept cool nothing will beat this invaluable little package. After flight delays and and hours spent in the airport after two days my supplies were still cool. I should have found this earlier.

VERY GOOD
GREAT. Keeps the the Humalog pen cold for roughly a day in a warm vehicle; longer in a cold one obviously. Plenty of room and very durable.

Needs better quality
I have almost a year (until OCT) with my case and the zipper became weird. It does hold the cold very nice if not exposed to direct or prolonged heat. Needs to have better quality of zipper or something.

Seems as advertised and could work nicely
Haven't actually used it yet so I reserve the right to change my review later. However, I did test it. On the day we received it, I froze the block for 24 hours. When it was removed from the freezer it was 32 degrees, we set a thermometer inside the case. We set the block in the case, zipped it up and set it in a room that tends to get warm from the afternoon sun. At 11:38 am it read 42 degrees. At 12:52 pm it read 44 degrees. The outside of the case felt cool but not wet. At 3:05 pm it was still 44 degrees. At 6:27 pm it was 51 degrees. Although it stayed inside all day I'm not sure how it will do in a hot car unless you set it inside a small cooler (which we may do if we go out somewhere). The case was fairly heavy, heavier than I expected, certainly not something you would carry around in a purse. The zipper was tight, but worked ok.

strong sturdy insulin case for two pens; not so good for supplies
this is a great insulin carrier that is relatively portable. We need to carry two insulin pens for different types of insulin. this allows us to do so. however, the supplies that are necessary with such as alcohol pads and injection needles to in a small container to the side And oftentimes are falling out of the taylor when you open a period the cooler portion is great and keeps the insulin cold for a long time. It fits nicely in a purse although it is a little large inside the purse. Still, we were doing lunch bag with a cooler previously and ended up losing the lunch bag because it was just another thing to carry

Worked as advertised.
I bought this case for my wife who travels frequently and wanted something to keep her insulin pens chilled for extended trips. The picture is an accurate representation of the case. There was plenty of room for two full size pens as well as needles, test strips and a glucometer. If you just put pens in there, you can fit four (4) full-size pens in there. I placed the ice brick in the freezer overnight. I checked the temperature with an IR thermometer and it read 30° and I placed it in the case and zippered the case closed and placed it outside, in the shade, during 80° weather. After 4 hours the ice brick temperature measured 47° and after 8 hours it measured 60° which I felt was acceptable. The zipper did seem a little bit stiff at first but I rubbed Chap Stick on the zipper and worked it a few times and wiped off the excess and it seemed to work better. The case is a hard outershell and has a reflective interior. This was definitely a good value for the money.
