Almost hits the mark... But is unusable
Install is straight forward. That's about as far as it works. The 26-29" version is a bit too tall for my 27.5" bike. It will lean, but a gust will knock it over. However, the product is, unfortunately, unusable. The stand will not lock forward such that the weight of the bike enforces the locking action. it will open maybe 85 degrees, causing the weight of the bike to close the stand the rest of the way.And the rubber foot they advertise, is hard plastic. It feels like Nylon. If they could fix the thing to it opened past-horizontal, I'd be all over it. But as it stands, I can't use it.

easy to install and doesn't weigh much.. almost perfect.
I bought two of these, had them on my bike for about a month and so far they work perfectly...almost.on one of them it seems like it doesn't seem to "lock" in the stand position, any movement forward will make the bike fall, I'm hoping there is a way to tighten up the joint. this is very good and easy to install, I would give it five stars if the joint tightness can be adjusted or if it had something to hold it better.I have them installed on a Batch 707 MTB 29"

Returning it ASAP
The media could not be loaded. Unit itself seems reasonable solid but the feel of the hinge/spring mechanism is very rough. Every time I flip it open and closed, it's grinding metal on metal. Not going to install this...looking for something with better build quality that will last and operate smoothly.

a little deceiving...
the kickstand is partially metal. The foot that actually touches the ground is a cheap plastic. There is a small allen screw that allows you slide the plastic foot to the desired height. My foot split after just three days use.I was able to super glue it back together, but I no longer trust it to hold the weight of my bike. Would not purchase again.

I needed to cut plastic grommets to adjust, but otherwise fine.
Very sturdy, definitely long enough for 29" specialized levo mountain bike. But it was rubbing on rear disk so I cutoff the back half of inside and front half of outside grommets and now it fits fine.

Doesn’t hold up adult bike, buy something better
I purchased this a month ago and installed on bike easily. BUT, after use the kickstand would slip from place and cause bike to fall and took off the finished color of my bike. AND, after finally finding the sweet spot and getting the bike to stay up, it has bent with the weight of an adult Trek bike. With it bent, the bike can’t peddle, and it wasn’t worth the hassle of trying to get it to stand on its own, so I had to remove. Now I have a two inch area where the paint is removed from my bike. Very disappointed this didn’t last longer and ruined the finish of my bike.

Not the best, but it does the job
Install was easy, except finding the right spot on the frame that wouldn’t interfere with peddling but still centered enough to hold the bike upright. Note, you have to really tighten it well or it will slip (at least it did to me). It isn’t very sturdy if you park the bike on a slant or hill. Not sure this kickstand will last, but at the low price it was worth trying. Will update later on the longevity.
