Very Motivating!
I absolutely loved reading the stories about older athletes who are still crushing it! I'm closing in on 50 and for a while I was thinking, well, maybe it's time to back of a little, maybe it's time to put the running shoes away...but after reading the inspirational stories here, I was like HELL NO! Let's get moving and get new goals. Out of all of the interviews, my favorite was definitely Sister Madonna. In her 80's and still crushing Ironmans? Amazing! Casually running a Boston qualifying time for her first marathon? Wow! I find myself re-reading that interview whenever a need a boost. Overall, great book!

Inspiring
I like the assorted athletes that were chosen. I didn’t care for the redundancy throughout the interview questions.

Age is a number
Very inspirational book on older athletes. As I dive into making 2022 the year I become an ultramarathoner I was inspired and also got tips from like minded older athletes. I am going to have sister Madonna 7 D’s hanging on the wall❤️

Worthy stories from older athletes
I found Kate Champion's new book, "Never Too Late: Inspiration, Motivation, and Sage Advice from 7 Later-in-Life Athletes" a most helpful read. As a 70 year old woman who has largely fallen away from fitness activity, the brevity of the book and the convenient organization of the interviews was a big plus for me. Read it quickly, make a plan and commit to some action. If Kate's subjects can make the efforts, so can I. Very grateful to Ms. Champion for seeking out her aging athletes and sharing their experiences, stories and tips. I'm hoping you will enjoy this book as much as I have. Looking forward to more from Ms. Champion.

Motivational
If you find yourself hesitant to try something you've always wanted to do (be it athletic or anything else in life for that matter), please read this book! The stories of these Later-In-Life athletes are truly inspiring. "Enjoy life as you live it" really jumped out at me. The book shows how new endeavors can be realized no matter what age you are!

Motivating
As a 76 year old runner, I was looking for motivation to keep going. This book tells stories of older athletes, some in their 80s who still run, bike, swim, hike, etc.

Very inspiring
Written simply and with great passion the book will/should inspire readers of every age to do more. It is a useful book whether you are 18 and diffident about your abilities or 68 and look back at what you could have done.
