Actually works pretty well...
I have a new pair of glasses that fit slightly different than my old pair and I feel like they are constantly slipping down my nose. I had the optician adjust them around my ears. However, if the arms are bent too much more then it will put pressure on the tops of my ears and make them hurt. (I must not be the only one who this happens to??)Thus my purchase of Nerdwax. It does what it says, you smear a bit on the nose pieces of your glasses and they don’t slip. The wax stays put for me for a few hours—but I am neither a sweaty person nor do I live in a hot or moist climate, so I cannot say as to whether or not it performs in the heat. It doesn’t get melts when I use it.I deducted a star because it’s a tiny bit difficult for me to get the wax up high enough on the nose pieces without accidentally slipping and getting the wax on my lenses.

) and it works fine. Actually
I read the reviews and made sure I applied this after cleaning my glasses (no oily residue!) and it works fine. Actually, probably better than "fine", but not great because it appears to wear off during the day. It's not too much of a hassle to just clean and reapply, but it would be nice if it just stayed on and worked just as well until I clean it off.As far as not being able to get it off of your glasses and leaving a tacky residue, I didn't have any issues. The wax came off easily.I would recommend this... Especially since I don't know of any comparable products available (couldn't find any... If you know of any, please let me know). Hope this was helpful!

Exactly As Advertised
I have two pairs of glasses with the same prescription. One fits, no sliding at all. The problem with those is they are held together with binder clips. The other pair fall OFF at the slightest turn of my head. The earpieces are bent.I bought this in desperation. I hoped holding the bent ones on my nose would keep them on. I know, not a recommended use.My husband needed to keep his higher on his nose.I put this product on the nose piece on the bent ones. It worked for a full day not allowing the glasses to fall off. I just needed to reapply the next morning, as advertised.I asked and the manufacturer responded that day, if using them on earpieces could help. In that exceptionally fast response, I was warned this isn't what the product was designed for. I was pretty much told to use the product in this manner at my own risk. Well, I did, and it seemed to help just the amazing nose piece keeping them on my nose. YOU use at your own risk if you try it!!!My husband is delighted. My daughter stole our second tube. She's delighted too. Obviously, she doesn't live here. Her daughter, who also wears glasses has stolen it from her at times, but as I know where things which are "disappeared" she has same knowledge in her home of whodunit. (Yes, there is a lot of thievery in our family, especially from Grammy when I get a box from Amazon!)This absolutely works as advertised.

Works for its intended purpose but may have contributed to acne.
Kept my glasses from sliding off but after some extended use some acne formed right under the nose pads which was pretty painful with the constant pressure of my glasses throughout the day. I can't say for certain it was caused by the nerdwax but I hadn't had acne issues there prior to using this product and after cleaning the nose pads thoroughly and not using the nerdwax for a few weeks It has cleared up and not come back.

but it's not perfect. I do find that my glasses don't slide ...
It helps, but it's not perfect. I do find that my glasses don't slide down as much and don't start resting in a spot where they start indenting my skin from the pressure. However, they are not staying where I put them on my nose. It's better than nothing and the stuff seems to be seeping into my skin, making my glasses slip less even after it wears off. The stuff also seems to be building up on the other side of the plastic pads that I apply it too. I feel like if nerdwax was a few dollars less it would be more worth it on a consistent basis.

This works pretty well for keeping your glasses from sliding
This works pretty well for keeping your glasses from sliding. You have to make sure you wind the product up enough to apply to the inside nose piece of your frames- it is a little awkward to use. I have to reapply fairly often - but I have been able to run in my glasses without them slipping. Nerd wax works.

works great
The product works as advertised. I just find that I don't always remember to carry it with me and then find I wish I had it. Seems to work for a couple of hours or more. Seems like I put it on, then forget about it because my glasses don't move, and by the time I realize that I need to reapply, I don't think about when it was that I first put on.

Wow! Wish had known about this sooner.
The media could not be loaded. Nerd wax will keep your glasses in place. No more glasses sliding down your nose. 100% cosmetic grade ingredients. Use with any type of glasses. I found that if I'm doing casual sedentary things my glasses will stay up most of the day. If you are biking, running, working out oat the gym, you may have to apply it one or two more times. It is well worth the application takes just a few seconds and it does keep your glasses in place other people have reported a small rash or small blisters on their nose I have not found this to be true. I will edit this review if that happens. When you remove your glasses just wipe off any excess wax. If it gets on your lenses clean with a microfiber cloth love this product and you will too
