English Luxury Clotted Cream 6oz (Pack of 2)

One of the jars of clotted cream's seal was broken. This is an item that must be refrigerated after opening and consumed with in 5 days. There is no way to tell how long ago this happened. These came in a set of 2 for $28.00. Unable to return very pricey jar of clotted cream. Would like a credit of half the other jar appears fine.

It was great to have on English Christmas Pudding and English Mincemeat Pies much more taste than ordinary Cream.

The cream has clearly leaked out of the jars. It is black and smells like rotting sewage. This needs to be either replaced or refunded. It is not safe for human consumption. I can not find a way to request a refund. When I click on the link for return or refund, it just tells me that this product is not returnable. There ought to be a way to request a refund.

I love clotted cream since visiting London. I have been ordering it for years.Unfortunately, the last order wasn't protected from the heat and was bad. It was inedible. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.I'll have to go directly to the source going forward when ordering. :(

The seven of us at the table gagged and retched on the first opening of this vile and rotten product. At first we were grateful we had opened it outside, yet the unbelievable stench followed us into the house! We worked quickly to remove the scent and yet it lingered in our noses for quite some time. I cannot recommend this product.
