This is, as stated, a heavy duty parchment paper. The coating makes it nonstick and the thickness means you will not have an unexpected tear when lifting items off a baking pan. The box is a nice size that can easily be stored out of the way and yet it has a perforated, curved opening that allows you convenient and easy access to the papers. I have used these in my bakery when I need a product delivered quickly and I would recommend these to both the home baker and the small bakery.

This product has become a staple in my kitchen. I like all my sheet pans for baking. The sheets always lie flat, and because they're precut, no wrestling with a roll of parchment. This is my fifth order. I tried another and once when this was out of stock, but never again this is the best. Use for baking, freezing, wrapping food items.

Not the heaviest quality parchment that can be reused but I am on my second box of this paper and this order was for a relative. Can’t beat it for the price. Has many uses in the kitchen. I have used it for sourdough and it does lift the loaf from the Dutch oven. I have the 8” and 9” rounds for cake pans as well.
