Bought the unit in FEB 2021. Few days ago the oxygen sensor went bad, and alarm went off. Restarted the unit few times, kept the unit off for two days and turned it back on but the oxygen channel was reading 0%. Contacted Customer support via email and got the response the next business day telling me that the unit was defective and sent me a new unit. New unit was just received and I am a happy customer again.Great unit, excellent Customer support!

Unit works well. Cute little voice when it turns on. Easy to replace/order cartridges.

I bought a few of these to test for my company. It says they are factory calibrated, but doesn't include the paperwork saying what the testing thresholds were, nor a signature of the person who did it.

Purchase to put on fire truck haven’t used on a incident yet

It has an annoying voice prompts that are not clear. The directions might as well be in another language. It requires you to enter pass code each time you try to set 4 different gases in the monitor. However, if you are in an environment you want to measure it requires you to be in a clean environment to set it. Shouldn't it already come equipped with it? If I can guess the air quality why will I need the device in the first place? It is ancient technology and not user friendly and worth the cost of $100+. I received it yesterday and am returning it today.
