Swarovski Elements Blue crystal heart is 18mm x 17mm. The baby footprint tag is about 1/4". It is dainty and beautiful. Sterling silver tag. The pendant is on a sterling silver 18" or 20" box chain. The angel wing is also sterling silver and about 1/2 inch long. Other colors available by request. All of my necklace creations are shipped "gift ready" in a black box, a beautiful organza draw string bag and damask gift bag.
