Great pole, make sure to install correctly for your safety. I’ve been pole dancing for about 3 years and was looking for an affordable and reliable home pole since moving into my first apartment. As someone who performs, practice and makes pole dancing content; this pole is definitely worth it and won’t break the bank. For those who have have the “popcorn ceilings or if your installing a pole for the first time on your own I highly recommend: - using a stud finder and/or getting a plywood to in between the ceiling and top of the pole (the one I have is a 2x2) - this pole is best for shorter ceilings but you may need a step ladder (or whatever you want to use to help you reach the ceiling) The directions were easy for me to understand and was able to put up every quickly. The pole is stable once you properly tighten it.

If you’re looking for an excellent, strength building workout, look no further. This dance pole combines both cardio and strength into sexy and empowering exercise. If I had known how much I would love it, I would have done this way sooner. It is really easy to set up as long as your ceilings fall within the specified range. The instruction detail which pole segments to put together to match the height. The joins are at the top and bottom of the pole and don’t affect its function. The pole feels sturdy, made with heavy gauge metal. The additional lag bolt installation makes it feel super secure. I like that this pole has both stationary and rotating options and can be swapped easily. The pole does take a lot of space around it to use safely. It can be taken down as needed if I need the space for something else. Really great workout and a lot of fun.

Easy to setup! Grips help beginners! And it is portable! The lights really set it off!! I am using it for workout effectiveness. The pole is stable!

Easy to set up and works great. Wasn’t a fan of the cover for the screws at the top and bottom they were a bit loose and shifted around. Other than that this is reliable and I’ve had it for a few years.

This product came with a defective piece. The allen screw in the base pole was off-center and so it was completely impossible to remove, which meant that the entire pole was impossible to assemble. If you buy this product, this is what you get. The customer service did not help with the issue. They did not provide a refund, even though the entire product was defective because of this. The only solution they offered was to have me repackage the entire thing and ship it back to them, which they would not re-imburse. Of course that was out of the question for me, and they didn't offer any other solution when I told them that. So I am out a lot of money for a product that I can't use or get a refund for, as well as several hours trying to troubleshoot their broken allen screw. I tried everything to get it loose, and even took it to a few hardware stores, but it was completely stuck because of a manufacturing error. The only help came from Amazon, which was able to provide a partial refund for the product. However, the maker of the pole was unable to help me at all.

Okay it did take reading the instructions a few times before I could fully understand the construction but once I got it, it's really sturdy and I feel safe on it. Very nice quality.

I’ve had many poles before. This can work for most. However the height was shorter than stated. And it doesn’t have a tall base or top plate so if you are in need of structure just keep this in mind for heavier workloads. It was a bit slippery on my ceiling and it took a few days of using and tightening to get it sturdy. It’s stretched a bit over the months and I need to stretched it again but due to the email base plate I am worried about my floor so I will likely order another before tightening. Secret with my ceiling kit having w lot of texture and the grip pads being… not grippy. It does hold my partner without issue at 200+ lb and he has experience on a pole. So that part is positive just make sure it settles before suspending. He did fall and get hurt due to the pads being so slippery.

Update: tighten top part after every use and make sure middle poles are tight too. It fell once with my 240lb boyfriend on it. My fault for not tightening it after using it for several sessions. I'm used to club poles. This is thinner, but a great at home pole. I was able to climb and hang upside down with ease. Doesn't spin as fast as I expected, but I may oil the ball bearings when I move the pole. The instructions are kind of complicated and I got frustrated, but did it all alone at only 5'2" and the help of a chair. I also studied some review photos. Great for workouts and dancing. Get some spray on pole grip to help with slippage. Also, boyfriend loves to watch. Great purchase.

Solid & Sturdy, once I realized the ring on the top needed to be turned opposite direction to tighten the pole securely, once you secure the pole in place. Then the spin function works properly & it doesn't move. Easy to take down & reassemble. Bought a (Pole Silk) aerial silk clamp for flexibility/stretching training. You can attach resistance bands for assisted pull ups etc. The pole clamp accessories and Aerial Silks, swivel & carabiners were about $15 extra pole silk clamp was around $45, the yoga hammock was only $18-25.

The extension became wedged on installation, unable to be readjusted to take down. Has left marks and damage on the ceiling because of this and have no way to uninstall without cutting it somehow.

Molto facile da montare e robusto. Lo consiglio!
