I've been using probiotic drinks for a while now and was looking for an easier way to take them. This seemed like a good idea as pills are more accessible and easier to buy and store. From the beginning I noticed a low burning when I took them. I didn't associate it with the pills and thought it was my usual digestive issues. As I paid more attention I realized it was the pills.
