| Warranty Description | When properly installed and under normal conditions of use, all products, other than ceiling fans, in the savoy house lighting catalogs are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of sale by a savoy house lighting distributor. Proof of purchase, dated store receipt or invoice evidencing date of product sale to end user must be provided. This warranty is limited to the correction of any such defect, or the replacement of any such defective item, at the sole discretion of savoy house lighting, provided that: (a) we are properly notified in writing and consent to the return of the item(s) in question; (b) the item(s) is/are returned with proof of purchase date; and (c) it is found upon return and inspection by us that the item(s) is/are defective as noted above. Products may be returned only after a return authorization has been issued. This warranty does not cover labor costs, consequential damages, damages incurred in shipment by the delivering carrier, nor does it apply to any item(s) that have been improperly installed, overloaded, altered, or otherwise abused by the customer, its agent(s) or employee(s). Any invoices for labor charges and/or charge backs for parts and labor will be denied unless prior written approval is secured from savoy house lighting customer service. Following installation, fixture finishes and glass finishes are specifically excluded from the terms of this warranty since they are subject to environmental and maintenance damages beyond our control. Other than the described obligation, we assume no further liability with respect to the sale or use of our products. We make no warranty, express or implied, and disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Savoy house lighting ceiling fans are excluded from this warranty as they have a separate warranty which is available upon request. |

Gorgeous and heavy duty coach lamp...very elegant
Beautiful, heavy coach lamp. I purchased both the two lamp and the three lamp and they are both really handsome , one is on the outside of the garage, and the other shines down on the front entryway. My next door neighbor told me it is the nicest coach lamp she has ever seen (and she is in her eighties!). She said she may purchase one, as well. I used LED warm lights, which do not throw off that bluish tone of light, and these actually give an effect similar to the old gas lamps. Lamps I used in it are utilitech pro LED #0394796. Really looks wonderful! Note that these lamps are English Bronze, which is much darker than Oil rubbed bronze (ORB). Still have a brownish glint, but they are almost black. Wish they were a titch lighter in color, but , who knows, maybe the sun will lighten them up. I am very happy with this purchase. Very easy install, as well.

TOO much Effort
We order two of these, one was cheaply made, they were more difficult to install for electrician due to placement of the back. He was here so I had to have them installed. Thinking of seeing if I can find new ones and return these.

Great Customer Service
Received my light and it looked just like the picture. The construction of the light is excellent and all of the required pieces were included in the box. We decided to put together the light at dusk and lost one of the ball caps. Called Lights Online support line and reached Katie. She was pleasant and kind enough to ship us the lost part immediately. Thanks to Katie, if we lose any more we have a few extras so we won't have to bother her again.Products and customer service is amazing! Shout out to Katie. Job well done and THANK YOU!

Perfect for an outside entrance/patio.......
I had ordered the 3-light outdoor wall mount lantern which came broken & then realized it was to large for where I wanted to use it. In replacement of the 3-light I order the 2-light outdoor wall mount lantern which is perfect. The high-quality of Savoy House is very good & I have several other products by Savory House & knew it was going to be good quality. I couldn't find any other lanterns @ the big box stores that had price, look, finish, & quality that I wanted. Also, it took only a few minutes to mount it.

Please keep in mind that although the color is "platinum" they're more so gold than silver... Sooooo pretty, they just weren't the silver I was looking for!
