Tonies The Gruffalo Audio Play Character

Tonie Box saves the day in our household! The gruffalo is a familiar and loveable story with my kiddos. They will put this on their tonie box whilst I'm nursing our baby. It gives me some peace time and them some chill time (without having to turn on the TV). Highly recommend this tonie and the tonie box if you're a parent of littles! The story tonie's are great for 3+ year olds and even older kids! My kids will set next to the tonie box with their gruffalo book in hand and follow along as the tonie tells the story!

I ordered this for my grandson and he absolutely loves it!! The person reading the story does different voices for the different characters and he really listens to it!!

We love the story gruffalo when reading it by book. Now my child can listen to the story any time he wants.

I have never heard of The Grufflao prior to my son picking out this tonie from a catalog. He’s 3 and wanted it super bad, I think it looked cute to him and he’s into “monsters” right now. It’s a shorter audio— tells the story and a song. I appreciate it’s on the shorter side because honestly, the song the woman sings is a little creepy to me and I don’t enjoy the “dark” vibes of the music. With that being said, I think it’s all in good fun and playful. Just not my favorite. But my son loves it.

My son loves this story, he keeps choosing for bedtime. I think he finds the narrators animated voice very engaging. A good one for intense little boys!

Tonie are great. None of them come with the actual story book. This is the only thing I hate about Tonie. For babies and pre readers the stories are nice and the songs fun. Also, they are NOT the actual Disney version of the characters and music, but they don’t do a bad job. It is just a little disappointing, i would definitely pay more for the rights to Disney music and voices.
