Tastes great. Provides all the nutrients I need and I’ve gained 5 pounds in 10 days.One trick….if you mix it with a bout of chocolate almond milk and toss it in a small blender, its texture is almost like a milkshake.I’m glad a friend told me about this product and best price around is Amazon’s subscription plan!

I can't believe I spent $30 for four 11 oz shakes. It must have been a brain fog moment. The taste is okay. It smells a bit like soy baby milk. Texture is a little grainy. Very vanilla. I like them, but not for this price.
