Nice laser and holster
Nice laser and holster, mounting was easy but the laser was clearly used and marketed and sold as new. The rails and mounts show wear as well as several other areas. Whoever repackaged this to be sold as new is letting Viridian down and certain set me up for disappointment as I inboxed my items today. With that said, it does fit the p226 very nicely, switching between modes is easy and intuitive and I thought the laser was sharp and powerful. I’ll be reaching out to Viridian over the next few days regarding the used laser and will update this review accordingly.

Recoil moves it
No matter how hard I tighten the screws, the recoil shoves it forward. After only a few rounds, it is off an inch. I have a Sig P226. The thing is less than worthless if it won't stay put. It was supposed to work with the Sig rail, but I am thinking that it needs a Picatinny rail to work.update: I got longer screws and the problem was resolved.

All is good now. Nice fit in the holster
The fit was precarious. Got it there eventually, but don't know why it isn't just pre-fit for the rail. With some wiggling and finagling got it on there. All is good now. Nice fit in the holster, looks good and easy to use system.

Don't buy.
Way too easy to over-tighten the torx screws holding the light to the little arms that grip the rail. Heads of two screws snapped right off.Also doesn't quite fit right. Has one metal arm and one plastic arm that bends to fit upon tightening....pretty awful.
