I used these as favors for my daughter's Alice in Wonderland birthday party, and they were a hit! The tea set is really tiny, and the kids were too young to actually paint them with any quality, but they are a very cute doll sized set even without painting. I would absolutely by them again for a favor, small gift, or stocking stuffer.

My 9 year old daughter saw this and wanted to order it. She loves to do crafty / artsy things as well as "make believe" fun with friends so this was a great choice. She enjoyed time painting each piece and did a great job. Then, she had her friend over for a tea party. Cute idea. Would be cute for a play date, birthday, rainy day etc. activity too (getting one for each child). I will look into getting a few more of these fun type crafts for her. And, with the price of gas these days and how busy we are, I love buying on Amazon with Amazon Prime (free shipping) option which also gets things here very fast (usually in 2 days but I am amazed when things actually arrive the very next day!!!). This was a good price and easy purchase to get a fun project home for my daughter without running around and spending a time shopping... I am a rare breed ... a female who does NOT like to shop ... before Amazon, it was in and out of the store for whatever I needed (and hopefully they weren't out so I didn't have to go somewhere else to find it ... urgggh!!!). So loving Amazon for finding what I need late at night after my daughter is in bed, ordering it when the price is good (as this one was), and having it arrive to me without having to drive around and hunt it down. I can't get everything on Amazon but it is getting better and better all the time!!! Just the other day, I was able to enjoy quite time at home while taking care of buying my daughter's back to school classroom supplies (I shopped online and was surprised most were less expensive through Amazon than Staples... those that Staples had for less I ordered from them but most of her back to school supplies I ordered from Amazon this year, art class supplies, reading books for school, and then decided to surprise by daughter with this cute tea set with the money I saved in gas (I had free shipping for Amazon items and Staples items I bought)... My daughter was blessed with a bonus activity to enjoy and I had an enjoyable shopping experience ... online, as I prefer. ;)

I bought these for my girls to paint. They are the perfect size for Barbies, Maileg, etc. Other reviews mentioned that the quality was not great but the set was so inexpensive that I didn't have high hopes for fine china. It seemed well packaged. However, when we opened the boxes to begin crafting, many of the dishes were already cracked and defective. You can see from the photo that the crack in the sugar bowl is a defect and not from shipping or mishandling. The porcelin on that particular piece is noticibly lighter in color. Some of the plates arrived chipped. There are defects in the glaze as well. Overall this is a good set but I am saddened that we as consumers have come to accept sub par quality as a fact of life.

These are so cute! Th set is very tiny but that’s what makes the kids love it so much! They do break easily so it’s not the best choice for a younger child but my older two really had fun with these little kits!

this is tiny and cute but it didn't last, the teapot broke a few days in and while the paint it comes with does stick to it well, you do not get many colors. that all being said i still recomend it, very cute just don't expect it to last

I bought these for my 8 year olds tea party themed birthday party. The girls loved them! They do break if dropped which my 4 year old figured out, but very cute tiny set.

I don't have all the pieces in the picture as they are well loved and played with. My 8 year old loved painting her own tea set. I was worried the paint would run out before she was done but it was enough. The paint is not washable so put on old clothes, it also only comes with primary colors (red, yellow and blue) She didn't mind and actually liked mixing the colors to make her own green and orange. We have to other younger kids who have dropped the set several times and none of the pieces have broken. It's very sturdy, good value for the money and a great gift.

A sweet tiny tea set at a very affordable price. Little princesses loved them.
