Most comfortable mask I ever wore
I love this mask! Wish this existed from the start! It came in individually sealed packages. It smelled a little when I first open the the sealed mask package. But it went away fast. I have to do physical therapy almost on a daily basis and I can never breath well with the normal mask. And those mask always gets wet. But this masks has enough space away from the nose so the mask stays dry and the most important part is I can finally breathe in therapy! I also love the ear loop instead of the 2 elastic strap I cannot put it on with one hand! When I unfold this mask the top 1/3 goes over my nose and stay well and I have a really flat nose the middle 1/3 tops out yo allow more breathing space and the air to come in when I take a breath. The bottom 1/3 flips under my chin and stays put! So comfortable and effortless to put on and stay in place through my therapy. Even with my flat face it doesn’t move up and down my face when I talk like the other masks!it’s just a well made and functional mask! It’s soft light weight yet strong and no nose tickling mask! I love love love it!

Actually comfortable!
Seriously, they are the most comfortable masks to wear. I am tired of getting sick every time I travel, so I am wearing these on every flight. I was introduced to these during the Covid epidemic by my chiropractor, and I've been using them ever since.

Comfortable, Runs large, have to knot the ear elastic
I use these for travel and higher risk environments. They fit my face better than the KN95. They are large for me (I'm a petite woman, 5' 2"). I just put a knot in each of the ear bands and voila, perfect fit. Considering the level of protection and the close fit against my face these are relatively "breathable" though you can tell this is not a basic surgical mask. It's obvious it provides some protection for the wearer too.

Not one thing to dislike!
I purchased these after spending many hours researching the FDA and CDC's NIOSH sites and data. I am so happy with this purchase!I've had a problem with "normal" masks being too long, too large, unbreathable, un-sealable, and/or too stupid-looking. (No thank-you duckbills!) Of late, I've been wearing a blue surgical mask with another lightweight mask over it, but -wow- it was so difficult to breathe in the summer heat, yet the seal was never really good. I finally realized that I have a smaller face then most other people and there was probably no way I would ever find a great filtering mask that fit, without looking completely ridiculous. Then, I read an article in wirecutter, which explained various (brand) mask properties, including whether the brands/masks were CDC NIOSH or FDA approved. The article specifically mentioned this brand of KF94: (quote) Like most KF94s, which didn’t arrive in the US market until later in the pandemic, Kyungin Flax hasn’t undergone the process for NIOSH approval or FDA clearance. So, in collaboration with Colorado State, we filtration-tested the mask ourselves—and found it to block 99% of particles as small as 0.5 micron. (end-quote) That was definitely good enough for me! The strange thing is that the article said this particular mask may not be suitable for someone with a small chin. Ha! Wrong! When the masks arrived, I immediately opened one and put it on. OMG, amazing! This mask has a more structured “boat” shape (a horizontal rectangle that tents up to secure itself over the nose bridge and chin) and gives a more-reliable clearance over the nose and mouth. i.e. More filtered air to breathe in. The ear loops are a bit too long, but that's not a deal-breaker. i.e. Just knot them or use the enclosed small s-type clip to pull the ear loops to the back of your head. (Amazon has some great, light-weight lanyards, as well.) The adjustable metal nose clip is flat (hate those thin round ones) and is about the same length as on my KN95 masks.Note: According to wirecutter... Overall, most KF94s feel thinner than the N95s and KN95s. But, they are comparable in feel to the highly rated Kimberly Clark N95 Pouch (duckbill) Respirator. That said, in comparison to my KN95 masks (bought on Amazon), this Kyungian Flax KF94 mask feels thicker. This KN Flax mask gave me the best seal and comfort of any mask I've tried. (16 months into the pandemic, I've tried a LOT.) It is lightweight but sturdy and actually looks great. I highly recommend this mask!

Best mask to protect yourself that is available on Amazon
Many people buy cloth masks with nice designs or logos. These masks are great for protecting others but they do little to protect the person who wears them. You know this intuitively because the fit is not snug and air seeps through all around the top and sides. Similarly the blue paper disposable masks that you see everywhere are great for protecting others but they don't do much to protect you because it is easy for droplets to penetrate them. Similarly the Chinese made KN95 masks do not fit well (poor quality control) and thus do not protect YOU.These KN94 masks were recommended by medical professionals in a recent NYT article. They are made to spec in South Korea where they have been used for years to protect YOU - the person who wears the mask - against the flu and other ailments. You know this as soon as you put the mask on your fact because the seal is tight. The mask seals tight on your face, which means that it will be difficult for COVID droplets to go around the sides of the mask. The mask is made of flax which is also better at stopping droplets than those cheap blue paper masks and cloth masks. This is the only mask that fits so tight that my sunglasses do not immediately fog up when I breath out. That's a sign of a good fit. The only better masks are the N95 masks with vents that are made by 3M. They have a super tight fit because they use two loops around the back of your head instead of the ear loops. Unfortunately those 3M masks have been impossible to find since the pandemic began and many airlines do not allow them due to the vents. So do yourself and your loved ones a favor. Stop buying cheapo paper masks made in China and spend a few $$ more for these high quality masks. You will see the quality difference as soon as you open it, and it may save your life.
