*** This is Mattress / Floor Combo Thick Pad unit. This is much much much better than other companies thin pad. Make harder and cost more ship. therefore all other similar product use easy shipping thin pad. but they are much less quality and you don't get same temperature and keeping warmness as this THICK Pad. This hot water mattress pad is very unique yet used by Korean for many many years. It came from concept of use hot boiled water through copper tube under house floor, which makes floor to be heated to control temperture of house, not using air heat which dry your skin. Using this pad will not only make you calming and soothing in bed but help your muscle relaxation and take away your back pain and neck pain as well. Ask any Korean friends. They will tell you how good this is. There is a controller that control temp. and automatic shut off function. You only need to fill water once every 6 months or so. Once you fill during winter use, you are done.

Satisfied
After my wife gave a birth, I ordered this heating mattress pad for her care. ( My mother in law recommended this since we didn't have anything similar + no electric wave certainly attracted me). Its very comfy and my wife sleeps and feels better here.Although it took a little while to completely fill water (had to fill water couple times to get rid of lack of water light) I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Great solution to electrical heating mat issues!
This mat far exceeded my expectations. I had used one of these when I was staying in Korea, but the quality of this particular one is far better. The materials used for the mats, tubes, and boiler are quite nice. The zone control and timing options work as they are supposed to. The only thing I was they would have done differently was to make the materials a little more pliable. Currently, I use the mat on top of my bed and it bends at the edges when I don't lay flat on my back. It doesn't affect the functionality, but it can make it uncomfortable to sleep on somewhat. Overall, this is a great product with a great vendor. Instructions are in English, even though the grammar is not particularly perfect. Very happy with my purchase!

Best Water Heating Pad ever!
This is the best water heating mattress Pad.First before buy any similar pad, make sure to check three things.1. How long they do service their product without any fee , This one is 2 yrs free.2. Is Pad thick and good enough? Most of other are thin cheap Pad which they manufacture in China. This is Korea made even Pad.3. Is Boiler really quiet? Most of them says its quite enough, but when you hear while you are sleeping at middle of night, its different.This one is really really quite. Sometime I have to check to make sure it is on.Awesome product which we use in Ski House as well.
