This book is amazing! As a health coach of 28 years, I've never really understood how important HOW we eat really is to our overall health.Robyn's book is easy to read and understand. She's got fabulous recipes- my family has loved every one I have made so far.In our society or rushing through everything, this book is spot on for slowing down, chewing your food(something I had never give a thought to) and breathing as well as really asking yourself... do I want to eat this?This book has made a huge impact on me and it will on all my clients moving forward!

Feeling Better
I have loved reading this sane take on healthy eating for life. So many fad diets (that I have tried) are too hard to keep up with and to strict. I love that Robyn's take is more practical. I love that I can add honey to my herbal tea or use maple syrup on occasion. I love that I can eat whole grains. I am really learning to love fermented foods now. Before I started making the changes I read about in this book I was struggle with a lot of gut issues, mild depression and fatigue. And while I am not doing it perfectly, I am doing it better than I was and many of my symptoms have subsided completely or reduced. No weight loss to date - but that wasn't my main hope. Wanted to feel better and that is happening.

WONDERFUL BOOK AND WONDERFUL READ!
I recently purchased this book after seeing it listed on one of my favorite yogi's facebook. After many years of not only abdominal issues but bowel issues this book has changed my life. Her tips are so helpful and the 21 Day Chewing Challenge I signed up for was a great addition. I am not eating better and feeling better. I am by no means a cook, but I was so happy to make my own sauerkraut and have it turn out amazing! I also love to follow Robyn on Facebook and Instagram. Thank you for changing my life. If you are on the fence about buying it - BUY IT. You will be happy you did.

Healthy gut, but tastes great too. Approved by teenagers! Amazing.
Saw this on hallmark channel morning show and she made the broccoli cheez soup without cheez and said the healthy trick is the natural yeast which is better for your gut. The author and host also talked about the bone broth he drinks daily so healthy for life-he uses the cookbook daily sooo I was hooked. Served my teen daughter & her friends the healthy broccoli soup and was shocked how much they loved it and wanted more layer. WHAT?!!! That alone makes this book worth its weight in gold for me.

It's such a beautiful book and I want to keep it so perfect ...
It's such a beautiful book and I want to keep it so perfect looking, but truth is I use it ALL the time and it's already been doused with cinnamon more than once! That is the sign of an indespensible guide- which this one is. It's at the top of my list of almost any other cook book I have bought and it's the one I return to again and again when I need to get back on, and stay on track. I have so many favorites but the apple chia seed coconut pudding and lemony dressing come to mind. And veggie snacking ideas. So smart. They also make great gifts.

A basic primer for good eating 101
Book was not in as good condition as stated and had significant water stains through out. Doesn’t affect reading but pricey for the damage. Although well written and entertaining, this book is “good eating 101.” Instead of so many anecdotes about clients, I would rather have had more updated gut health information and recipes.

Game Changer!
Go with your Gut was a game changer. For years after I had kids, I found myself wolfing down meals. When I stopped, paused, and thought about this, I realized I ate quickly out of necessity: having a fussy baby can do that to you. But even after we started enjoying meals at the table together, I was in a pattern of eating so quickly, blink! And I was done. Enter Robyn's book and tips for making mealtime more enjoyable, food more delicious, and my gastro-intestinal health much improved. Thank you Robyn for so thoughtfully and honestly putting this great work out there!
