Bought two sets, one for each sink. Three faucets work fine. One came with an incorrect part in the handle, resulting in the handle turning beyond the stop and the water starting to flow again. Found the manufacturer's website, which provided a phone number for support. They were terrific. Emailed me a schematic so we could confirm the part we were discussing, and sent it USPS 2nd Day Air. Very responsive support from manufacturer; great looking faucets, what's not to like?
