I used this router bit in a router sled I constructed to level my new hardwood tabletop, and it worked exceptionally well. However, be prepared for a significant amount of mess, so I'd advise using two dust extractors or vacuum cleaners. This router bit fitted and worked effectively with my Festool router. Even after levelling both sides for a solid hour of work, the tool remains sharp and ready to go again. It can remove over 5mm in one pass, though I would suggest making more passes with less material for better results. As good as Trend router bits, this tool offers great durability and efficiency for professional and DIY projects alike.

Size was good and work well easily cutting through different strengths of timber with no loss of sharpness

Used on a dewalt router with a sled to flatten out some oak sleepers. Used on both sides of 5 sleepers so far. Very impressed with finish and still some life left in the cutter.

I tend to use this cutter in the milling machine to thin or angle wood. It leaves a good finish on the wood. Being a large diameter, it does the job quickly.

Not fit for purpose i bought 2 and 1st one was burning and blunt straight away ans the 2nd lasted 5mins thenvsrarted burning..ive been using router bits for 25yrs and these are absolutely rubbish

So far so good. Will update on durability but out of the box sharp cuts great only done 1 cut so far but I like it. Larger than my last one. I have another cut il do soon as re-review lol. Might even get a larger one for larger projects but so far I like it 🤘
