I gave had no issues in the months I have owned this. It was much cheaper than the hose segments it replaced and has held up much better. I have a pool spa combo with stone border that cut holes my old hose when I vacuumed the spa. I also had issues with my old hose collapsing at high pump speeds. I have had none of these issues with this hose, I just had to purchase an adapter since my vacuum port is female and this hose has two female ends it seems.

This hose rocks!
Really tight and stiff spirals keep it from kinking. I can run my pump at 3000 rpm with last hose it k kinked at 2500

the item was defective after about 75 ft it was a slice in the whole holes after I hooked it up it will be more trouble to try to unhook it with water still in it then try to send it back so I have to cut it at 75 ft because it was busted almost 10 in I'm so upset

It fits my pool vacuum, but it holds the coil shape from the packaging. I tried to stretch it out, but it kept coiling up and running my vacuum into a corner. I eventually went back to the more expensive but functional sectional pieces of hose.
