These were a fantastic gift. The shape and design is beautiful, unlike many other options. They also work well to keep our coffee hot for longer. We use them every day! We always hang wash them just to be safe.

Very nice and cool double walled cup. A little small for how much I drink and not super safe for dishwasher but really clean and will get noticed by guests for sure

I've tried several different brands of double-wall mugs, and these are possibly the best. Still too delicate IMO (out of four, one has broken) but that seems to be the norm due to the thin glass. The handles are a weak spot on these

Washed my new mugs in the sink but after cleaning and rising them a good amount of water got between the 2 walls. There are holes on the bottom Of each one. But one allows water in.

FEELS LIKE PLASTIC NOT GLASS

I read the handles cracked and fell off, so I fortified them with gorilla glue. I read how thin and easily shattered the glass was, so I glued and wrapped three strips of ribbon around the mug itself. (I didn't care what the mugs looked like, I just wanted to keep my tea hot longer.) I have no idea how tea got in between the layers of glass. I tried to get it out, but it was taking to long. I thought I would enlarge the hole at the bottom of the mug so it would be easier to clean. I put tape over the hole and used my drill with the tiniest drill bit. It actually worked on the first mug, but cracked the second mug. I gave up and bought an Ember mug. It was expensive, but I love it.

I love the mug! Never expected perfection! The handle is ideal for my crooked fingers. Keeps my coffee very warm much longer than others. Best coffee cup ever!!
