Despite other products having the same milligrams of caffeine, this is still the best. I don’t know if its the bioavailability or the inert ingredients, but when I tried other brands and generics, they don’t work as well.Ease of swallow is good (I tend to bite and quarter for faster absorption; it’s not as chalky as others).
