I was very skeptical at first. But they WORK. I have horrible anxiety and work in a stressful environment. These not only keep me grounded, but I am actually coming off Nicotine a lot easier. I smoke wayyyy less. Which is a major plus since I’ve been struggling to quit. I’m not as anxious, so I don’t smoke as much. Will definitely buy more.

This stuff is Phenomenal! I’ve been going through an exceptionally hard time for about eight months, and I was starting to really lose it the last couple. I was debating getting on some heavy duty medication from my doctor, but this had totally chilled me out. I felt it helping the very first day. All I can say is, read the product description on Amazon, watch the video from the founder as to his motivations, and take your first two pills in good faith. That’s what I did and I’ve had one of my most productive, stress-free weeks in a long while. A lot of stress and anxiety is self-induced and self-proliferated. And those emotional and mental symptoms trigger physical responses. So, this is one of the cases where just thinking that it’s working may yield actual results. This is by no means a miracle supplement. I struggle with seasons of high anxiety, which I recognize as anxious thoughts/feelings/behaviors that I CANT cope with. Debilitating anxiety. I don’t take medication for it, as typically I am able to cope and manage myself so taking meds anround the clock for temporary situations is not something I want. Anyway, lately life has been challenging. This supplement brought me down from a state of feeling frozen for weeks to a state that I can manage- which makes a world of a difference. These alone will not rid you of stress and anxiety. But these, plus a few healthy coping skills like exercise, deep breathing, nutrition, and spending time with loved ones made the miracle happen. My ability identify and work through the anxious thoughts came back, the coping toolbox is back in action. I’m thankful for this supplement. With this pair, I feel so much better.

Seemed to work well at first but effects wore off within a few weeks of taking it

Improved my mood and allowed me to stop taking my prescription medication that I didn’t love being on for years. I also feel like it gives me extra energy to get through the day. Capsules are easy to swallow. Will definitely buy again!

I was hopeful after reading so many great reviews, but unfortunately, this product didn’t work for me. I followed the instructions closely and tried it a couple times, but I didn’t notice any changes. It might work for others, but I didn’t experience the results I was expecting.
