Love this massage chair. Very portable and light weight like it promises. Very sturdy. Perfect size as I am tall. 5’11”..

The chair was light weight but sturdy. Comes with travel bag and easy to fold. Overall with the price I’m satisfied. Was a little tricky to adjust the chest cushion but doable. Comfy to sit on as well.

For the money I don't see how anyone using this at home can go wrong, but of coarse there are a few caviates. The face pad mount needed to adjust with a rubber hammer to get it up out of the main frame. The seat mount is drilled in the wrong place for comfort. I drilled a new hole 1" lower on the frame than the one it came with and it got better. I should have drilled it somewhere between 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" to get the comfort level right for me. I am 6 ft tall with a long waist - short leg body style. No matter how I adjusted the seat to begin with, it hit my thighs at the front and was not feeling good. Now it is acceptable but like I said, redrill the front seat mount on the main frame more than I did if you are uncomfortable with the stock position. This chair also comes with a pretty nice carry bag if you didn't notice. All in all, after only having it over night and this morning, I am satisfied and I feel like I made the right choice. I don't do massage, I am the recipient so comfort means everything to me. That is what massage is all about.

I bought this chair for my daughter who is a massage therapist just starting out. While it is convenient to put together and fits in her trunk, it is very inconvenient to adjust for different people. The chest plate has to be unscrewed to adjust and the seat wobbles a bit. As a person in the chair getting a massage, the face pillow has a strong odor, the seat feels a little unstable and even on the highest setting, the leg rests feel too low. I also felt like I was falling forward off the seat and it was fairly hard. Overall, it's probably fine for what she needs right now, but she says the chairs at school are way better. At the price point though, it's what you'd expect.

This message chair is very comfortable and adjustable, touch soft and easy to clean, it’s extremely comfortable and supportive, especially for the neck and lower back. Worth it!

I've been using it for a while. I'm very happy with it; the headrest is very soft. It provided excellent support for my body and head during my massage at the massage parlor.

after waiting for more than a month for this order i am writing this review. i still did not receive this product and from last 1 month. it says the item has been shipped by fedex (one of the fastest delivery method across the globe) and its not delivered yet? what's going on here is really fishy and not trust-able at all.

The massage chair arrived with torn packing. There were no screwing nuts to assemble the product.

The chair is easy to use and set up. The padding and options for adjusting positions is also quite convenient. It is however, on the heavier side for a massage chair making it a little heavy to carry around with the carrying case. Overall, a good product for massage trade shows.
