RICHKING Minimalist Bar Urn Pendant Memorial - Ashes, Blue, Size No Size

This is a really beautiful piece of jewelry. I was looking for something that was simple and I would be able to wear on a daily basis. This works perfectly and looks very shiny and high quality (even the chain). No one even knows what it is (which is what I was looking for) and I get compliments on it all the time. I personally chose to use this to place a tiny bit of my loved ones hair in, instead of ashes. I wrapped the hair in a small piece of paper (tube shaped) and placed it in the necklace. This way I can get it out if I ever need to. It was a little difficult to do, but doable. It seems very sturdy and I have even been wearing it at night to sleep with no problems. The seal seems very good and I have not been concerned about it opening. I believe there was even a tiny clear seal on the cap. I, however, have not worn it in the shower or a pool, so I cannot comment on that.

I have had this necklace for a week now and wear it everyday. I have very sensitive skin and this is perfect for me. No reaction to the stainless steel at all. No change in the metal either. Still as shiny as the day it arrived. Seems like it will age well. This is a quality piece of jewelry and looks great. Perfect for my fathers ashes. I applied a small amount of metal glue to the threads so that his ashes are extra secure. Comes with a fill kit which was very easy to use. This is a well made piece and I would recommend this to someone looking for this type of jewelry. Puts me at ease to have a piece of my father with me at all times.

I cannot speak to the longevity of this item as I have just now received it. My pups remains have just recently been processed and I am not ready to make the transfer so I am holding on to the necklace until someone braver than me can actually transfer some of the ashes into the necklace for me. But the necklace itself seems not only fashionable, but durable, yet delicate. The chain doesn't seem cheap either. Once I begin wearing it, I will post another review as to how well it seems to be holding up. Something to note*There isn't a rubber washer on the lid which makes the product much more like a piece of jewelry however, keep in mind that you will need to purchase some lock tight to keep the lid secured once placing your keepsake inside.

I love that this pendant urn is unassuming. I had to euthanize my sweet 12 yr old yellow lab and when I got her ashes back, I just couldn't "store her away". Now I have her with me always! The urn was easy to fill with the funnel that comes with it and there was no spillage. I wear my necklace 24/7 and have not had a problem with it coming loose or tarnishing. The chain can be adjusted to three different lengths so that it can be worn with different necklines. The pendant is sleek and looks great with casual or dressy attire. I have gotten many complaints on it without having to explain what it is unless I desire to do so. So happy I ordered this!

Appearance: Very Nice. The chain is sparkly which was a nice surprise and appears to be decent for the size of pendent, however, their is 2 seperate chain loops that look like a patch that could be a weak point. They don't match the rest of the necklace chain and do not fit through the eye on the pendent. Preventing chain from slipping around too much. To change the chain, the necklace end would have to be small enough to fit through the pendent eye which is kind of small. Might be able to be done though. The cubic zirconia is counter sunk so you only feel it a little bit.The threading: It took approximately 4.5 turns to open. Looks to have a rubber washer past the threads which does disappear inside the other part of pendent. Very nice thread feel. Feels secure, but I will still personally add some Loctite glue to threading once the ashes are inside to prevent any catastrophe down the road.Only gave 4 stars because the weakness in the chain. If someone wants to wear ashes around their neck this person or animal meant a lot to them. It should NOT have any weak points! They have already had enough heart break!

Two months ago, my dog received a terminal cancer diagnosis. I immediately knew that when the time came, I wanted a cremation necklace so that I could carry him with me wherever I went. Unfortunately, he crossed the rainbow bridge just this past Wednesday. I ordered this for myself the same day, and received it exactly on time. I was so pleased when I opened it up. It's even more beautiful than I expected, especially at such a reasonable price. The top screws open and shut easily, and the funnel provided fits inside perfectly. I didn't run into any problems inserting the ashes. The necklace itself has a nice weight to it, which I appreciate because it's a nice reminder that my baby boy is with me. I can't begin to explain how much peace I felt putting this necklace on.

EDIT: The company sent me an email stating they read my review about the logo engraving and said they would send me a replacement without the logo. Got it in the mail just a couple of days later and the new one is perfect! Thank you! Love it! My complaint is that it has RICHKING engraved all along the backside - awful! Thankfully my dad always had a good sense of humor. So I am sure he doesn't mind me making up stories about why I have Rich King engraved on my necklace that holds his ashes. Super lame and tacky that this company had to do that on such a nice and sweet product.

I did quite a lot of research before purchasing this necklace for my Mom's remains. It is a beautiful necklace and looks even prettier in person. The one this I would change is that there does not seem to be any safety feature on the chain that would prevent the pendant from falling off when you are removing or putting it on. I thought this was a feature it had and that is why I purchased it. If I had to do again I would look for one that had a safety feature to prevent this. As my biggest fear is losing the pendant itself. Also the chain on the necklace is quite a bit darker and thicker that it appears in the images provided. So just keep that in mind when purchasing this.
