This Grill has been CNC milled out of 3/16" 6061 aluminum. The 4 inserts have also been milled out of high impact black Acetal (Delrin) and then inlaid into the outer aluminum frame. The inserts can be easily replaced if damaged, but these things will take a beating. The outer aluminum frame has been powder coated to match the factory Polaris Graphics and Body Colors.
