Basic but useful AAA/10440 flashlight
I've been searching for that perfect little light for some time now. A tiny little AAA clicky flashlight that's bright enough to disappear in your pocket, but bright enough to produce enough light if needed.Unfortunately nothing I've found checked all the boxes for me. Either the price was more than I wanted to spend or it lacked all the specs I wanted. The Aidier A8 isn't perfect and lacked a lot of the features I wanted such as moonlight mode, a medium mode, no strobe etc. However, for the price it is a useful light. Like most single AAA flashlights, it's small and lightweight. Its knurled just enough to provide a decent grip given the small size. The black body and bright orange tail switch is a nice contrast and its operation is simple: 3 modes of low, high and strobe. Again, I'm not fond of strobe in the main sequence. I much prefer it as a hidden mode, as I almost never use it.With a single AAA it puts out about 180 lumens on high. With an Efest 10440 cell I'm estimating maybe 400 to 450 lumens on high. Obviously with the lithium cell it does get fairly warm, but not alarmingly so. It's not really a light I use for sustained brightness anyway and more for a quick trip outside to take the trash out or fetch something from our shed at night.Overall, the A8 is decent little AAA/10440 flashlight for the price.

Not as bright as I thought
I've given it just a mild test run, I see no difference between the "dim" and the "bright". It says 180 lumens but my previous flashlight said 150 lumens and was brighter than this one. I guess time will tell on if this serves my purpose

Solid but not perfect
This is a cool little light, but there are a couple of things that keep it from being 5 star. The biggest and most annoying problem with this light is simply that the button takes too much force to turn on and off. If you don't push really hard, dead center, it doesn't respond. For a key chain light, it should be something that I can easily click on and off getting in my car. It's not the end of the world, but it's annoying. The other knock against it is it's advertised as a key chain light but the part that's actually a key chain is so cheaply made I don't anticipate long life in that capacity. It's still a neat tiny little water proof light. It's heavy enough to feel sturdy and light enough to hang on your keys. It's surprisingly bright for its size. The little rubber light diffuser is a nice bonus and its made with a glow in the dark material which has made it easy to dig out of my laptop bag in the dark. If this was a more expensive light, I'd knock off more stars for the problems I mentioned above.

Dependable, convenient
I've ordered these mini flashlights three times, because they're so convenient and reliable. I attach one to my jacket's zipper pull tab, for nighttime walks. It's very lightweight so I can leave it attached all the time, ready whenever I need it.The beam is bright enough to see several feet in front of me and it also serves as a safety light so others know I'm there.I use the flashlight about 20 minutes every night and the AAA batteries run out about once a month. I wish they lasted longer. But it's a small trade-off for the flashlight's dependability.

Small yet powerful EDC flashlight
I love flashlights what can I say? I tend to carry smaller flashlights more so then the larger ones. I'm impressed with the power this little Aidier A8 has off of one AAA alkaline battery. This flashlight can also run on a Ni-MH rechargeable, or a 10440 li-ion rechargeable. It will be significantly brighter using the 10440 li-ion, but I'm satisfied with just the alkaline for now. My only complaint about this flashlight is it doesn't default back to the 1st mode in the cycle. It also doesn't have a memory to remember the last setting. So you find yourself having to cycle through modes to find the one you want. (High/Low/Strobe). I would suggest removing strobe, although I understand some people like it. Still, for what you get for the price point I still rate this 5 stars!

Works as advertised.
For such a small flashlight, it provides a very bright light. My wife keeps it in her purse to help her get safely from the parking lot into her work place. The strobe light is so bright that it might be able to be used for self defense by shining it into the eyes of an attacker. Of course, you need to have the presence of mind to get it out and turn it on.We haven't used it long enough to be able to judge the battery life.

A good valueI
I really like the small size, just right for a shirt pocket. I also like the hi and low settings, and the orange on and off switch. Still on the first battery so i can't comment on the battery life but i think it will be fine for intermittent use. It seems to be made well enough so i would recommend it to others.

Absolutely amazing
I still can't believe how much light this little thing puts out it has a flood pattern that completely fills an entire room. It actually compares to larger 18650 lights absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this light only downside is that with high power comes short battery life so carry a spare battery or two.

Muy pequeña!
Me sorprendió lo mucho que aluza para el tamaño que tiene, muy pequeña pero muy potente para su tamaño.
