Ordered this test to check cortisol levels, product came well packaged with very clear and easy to follow instructions. Easy return packaging so you can send off for your results - haven’t done this as yet but can’t wait to send off and see and will update on when that is completed but so far very impressed

Over a week and no results!?
So far, having posted this test on Monday 4th August, more than a week ago, I have heard nothing about the results. I am starting to think I will not receive anything as tests like these are usually posted and received the same day with a quick.turn around on results. Where are the results?!

Correctness and professionalism
Since I was experiencing symptoms related to imbalance of my cortisol level, I made the decision to test myself. A colleague of mine has experience with the Verisana company, as he has ordered before, so I listened to his advice to put my trust in it. I understood why he was so persuasive when suggesting the lab. Everything needed was included in the kit which I received shortly after purchasing, I found it easy to follow the instructions and to ship back my sample. The results included both scientific analysis and laboratory report. Recommend it!

Never got results - awful service promised a refund and have not received. No contact details of seller

Reliable and comfortable
The amount of information I went through made the test kit seem reliable and the comfort of doing it at home without any clinics involved that it offers only confirmed my choice. Received an instruction for the saliva sample, test tubes, straws, labels and an envelope for return shipment. When I went to the post office, I was not charged for the shipment. I received my results which clearly displayed whether my levels had increased or decreased. I would advise other people to try.

Easy to follow instructions
The instructions were easy to follow and quick to do. Was very pleased with the method and how quickly I was able to do the test and how quickly the results came back.
