I have been using this product for a while, I mix it with protein powder and bone broth for a supportive shake. The flavor is really good and my chiropractor recommends this product to his patients, I don't see him anymore, but I do continue to buy this product and use it. It is a powerful greens powder and has all the good things. Highly recommend!

I recently saw a nutritionist for a few months and he made a lot of improvements to my diet. I've been eating much healthier since, but the one thing he strongly urged me to do was eat more greens, especially cruciferous ones. Kale, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, as well as other nutritious fruits/vegetables like carrots, spinach, raspberries, apples, grapes, etc. It's not that I don't like fruits and vegetables, I'm just not good at getting them into my diet at every meal like my nutritionist suggested. Sometimes a whole day would go by without any veggies in my diet! My nutritionist was adamant that my consumption of these foods would make the difference between life or death. Disease or health. It's scary and challenging to live with that hanging over your head.Enter "Greens First". I drink two small glasses of this per day (about 4 oz of water with a half scoop of greens first). Once first thing in the morning and once after I get home from work in the late afternoon. Within a week, I noticed a huge difference in my energy level and ability to focus. My eyes actually felt alert all day instead of tired as the day wore on and my body was responding, too. I like to run and I definitely felt more endurance and strength while running. It also cut my sugar cravings almost instantly (I still enjoy some chocolate now and then, but I'm not reaching for it all day like a crazy woman).Anyway, Greens First incorporates all of the fruits/veggies that my nutritionist recommended plus a lot more and it really does taste fine with water. I drink 2 small glasses because I can gulp it down in seconds, which I prefer. When I ran out and had to wait for the new one to arrive, I noticed a drop in my energy level and I even got moody and kind of sad for no reason. Once the new can arrived, I was back to being me. It truly is amazing!

While I would not exactly say this is yummy, I find it drinkable. I know I don’t get enough veggies in my diet and I have found every other green shake I’ve ever tried disgusting so I’m happy to find one I’m okay with drinking. I usually blend it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk although I think just water would be fine too. It doesn’t smell great in the container but I don’t notice a particularly bad smell when it’s mixed. There is a bit of an artificial taste but it’s not terrible and definitely doesn’t taste like grass. It is expensive so I haven’t decided yet if I will continue to purchase this when I finish my bottle but I have been using it most days since I bought it.

I've used this for years and I can tell you that I see a big difference in my overall energy levels when I miss it or I run out. This provider shipped quickly and on time. A big thanks to them because I was out. When I resumed taking it I felt much better. Very happy with product and this provider.

I'd been using this product for years when I'd buy it from my chiropractor, but my financial situation changed, and it was either this, and a few other supplements, or rent, so, yeah, this had been off of the proverbial plate for me for a long time. I was recently able to afford this again, but my chiropractor retired, so I was really happy to find it here as it's hands down my favorite greens powder EVER!It's a sweet, minty, refreshing flavor that no other greens I've tried (and trust me, I've tried LOTS over the decades) has come close to. It's delicious plain, but also great with other flavors, too. It blends easily, but you do have to shake it up a bit if you drink it slowly, as it does separate somewhat; I have no problem with this aspect. I just give my bottle a quick toss or two and I'm all set. It does stay blended longer if you use a blender, but I usually just shake it up really well in a bottle with the metal whisk ball thing! (I don't always feel like cleaning the blender, ha!)You get 30 full scoops (scoop included) in the container, and the lid stays on nice and tight to keep it fresh and dry. I drink it daily, sometimes twice, so I buy the 60 servings so I don't run out at the end of the month.The flavor is fantastically bright and refreshing; it doesn't need anything added to it, though I do often add it to unflavored protein and collagen powders in water. I can't imagine going without this stuff ever again... it's THAT good!

If you are looking for Greens but don’t like the taste of Greens (AKA lawn mower clippings) this stuff is amazing! It has so much good stuff packed into it and the taste is just like dark chocolate! I am SUPER picky when it comes to taste! I’ve tried 5-6 different greens all claiming they have a great taste…but this one actually does taste great and it’s not green! I don’t know about you but drinking something green just doesn’t even look appealing to me! And the smell of mist greens is (yuck) but these greens taste, smell and look like Chocolate!!! 🤎🤎 I look forward to drinking this every morning!

This was recommended by my naturopath. It's the best tasting green powder I've tried. I like it best in pomegranate juice but I've had it in water too. It's perfect for those late afternoon tummy rumbles. More convenient than green smoothies for travel or at work but can also add to a smoothie for extra nutrients. Oh and $10 cheaper than at the naturopath.

This is a great product, I have been taking it for years. However the last time I ordered it price was $59.99 free prime delivery. Puzzling to see how much the price has gone up. The Berry flavour is same product, very sweet though, and it has remained the same price. Very disappointing how much the original product has gone in price, I will not be buying it at this price.

The best thing I had for a long time. Never liked eating fresh vegetables but this is the best way of having it as a drink.

I have tried so many greens drinks out in the market but this is the best product ever. It is low in carbs, great level of protein and tastes fantastic, and above that, I feel energetic and great on the product.I made a mistake and sent a review thinking I was responding to a merchant that I bought a phone from, so please disregard the review on this site as it was a mistake.
