3-D Thrillers: Sharks and the World's Scariest Sea Monsters

My daughter wanted to buy book from the scholastic catalog they bring home from school, but i forgot to send her back with the money so jumped on Amazon. Found the same exact book and even saved a buck hah! Anyhow, the book arrived in a day. My daughter was ecstatic she loves the book. She looked the effect of the 3D glasses, and all the cool things she learned about sharks. Granted the 3D effect isnt super amazing but it does the trick and is awesome to see in a book.

The book provides lots of information on shark facts, habitats, & environments. It's very educational and well worth the read. I have learned things about sharks that I have never known. The book is fairly easy to understand, but there are some words that would be a challenge f/younger reads. It does come w/3D glasses, but I don't notice much of a difference in the graphics when I'm wearing the glasses & when I'm not.

My shark obsessed 8 year old LOVES this book and the 3D glasses! He usually reads a book and is ready to pass it on to others; however, THIS book he has been returning to at least once a week.

Cool Book. 3-D effects are great. 6 year old complained glasses would not fit & are only good if you use both hands to hold them over your eyes, this was true. Good overall.
