I had had a local cart service company change the brakes on my cart less than 2 years ago. After they changed them, the brakes always made noise and failed within 1 1/2 years. After changing the brakes myself, they continued to make noise. I finally figured out that the drum they had put on was not round. After installing this drum, the noise went away and the brakes work great.
