For years I've been hunting for a small machine to clean my tiled garage floor. Because the flooring has snap-in hard plastic tiles, manufactured for garage flooring, my professional carpet cleaning service has refused to use their floor cleaning machine on the area. They said their machine has too much water flow and would force water down between and under the tiles. Made sense to me but, then again, a bucket and mop simply didn't clean the floor. The surfce looked dull and dirty no matter how often I mopped. I needed something with a stronger scrub action.............and then I discovered this little Bissell machine. I can control the amount of surface water applied and the scrubbing action really cleans each large plastic floor tile. My garage floor now looks fantastic. It took 3-4 times of cleaning, due to the long buildup of soil, before the floor was back to looking great but now maintenance is easy. I constantly, when opening my garage doors, receive compliments from delivery drivers, neighbors and friends on how nice my garage floor is. And it's all due to this wonderous little machine!!!!!

I love this mop! It is self-propelling, so it is great for those of us with back issues. Those that are saying their floor is foggy or they see the swirl marks are using too much product; it needs to be diluted a bit more. There is a button to spray water as your mopping and that rinses the product as you go. Love that I just take the pads off the bottom and throw them in the wash. I would definitely recommend this mop!

MY PROBLEM AND WHY I NEEDED A NEW MOP:I have always wanted a tile kitchen until I got one. I can't use any of the spritz mops. They just clean the tiles and push leftovers into the grout lines leaving all the icky stuff in the grout lines. OOH, Gross! Definitely not clean. Especially when you have a tiny dog with potty training issues. Trust me, when you have a river of dog urine moving down the grout lines of your tile, you become a little obsessed with cleaning out the grout lines. I've tried all the fluffy and not fluffy Swiffer and multiple other mops. I even have a steam mop I like the idea of steaming out these areas, but the mop heads do not get down into these grout lines.SO, I HAD TO GO OLD SCHOOL. BUCKET AND MOP:My grout issue demanded being cleaned with an old school bucket and rag mop if I actually want to clean in the grooves between the tiles. It takes literally over an hour to get through the kitchen and a huge workout making sure I get inside each tile groove. It's a small kitchen.Fast forward 2 years with this heavy mopping issue. In the past few months I have had several surgeries and medical treatments that create physical barriers to getting a clean floor. I simply do not have the strength and energy necessary or ability while I'm recovering and building myself back up to keep the kitchen floors clean.So I started hunting around for new options again.MY THOUGHTS:I LOVE THIS MOP! YES IT CLEANS THE GROUT AREAS OUT! YAY!!! It does all the work.I do have to let it sit and do it's job on heavy stuff, but it's effortless. I just let it spin. I have to rein it in a bit, to keep it going where I need it to, because of the rotating mop heads it does feel like it's a bit self propelled. :)Not only does it clean my new laminate wood floors throughout the entire house, I can finally clean inside the tile grooves and get my kitchen floor cleaned properly without hauling out a bucket and putting in some real back labor. I'm able to have clean floors, take care of them myself even in my reduced capability at the moment. This is the best cleaning purchase I've made the last 3 years (other than my Roomba vacuum). Makes my life so much easier. Love it!!

I can't believe it took me 6 months to open the package and make use of this product! Lol. But, I finally did it and I am pretty thrilled. It's very easy to set up, just insert the handle into to main part and charge it (I charged it for 24 hours). To use, just detach the liquid canister and fill with water and the provided cleaning solution according to the markings. It's ready! It doesn't take much solution to clean a lot of floor and it smells good. It's very quiet and it is weighted enough that it takes very little effort from the user. There are 2 points for which I deducted a star... Short battery life and I wish it had a bit more power. But overall it makes a hard chore so much easier. I hope it lasts a long, long time.

I have lots of dust on my floor. A regular mop does not clean well enough. If I use a wet swiffer I have to mop 3 times in about a 6 x 6 area! Wow, that's a lot of swiffer.I use my CORDLESS BISSELL CROSWAVE about 2 times a month. I have several pads and simply change them often. ( It's satisfying to see the dirty pads). I bought extra pads, that way I can change them often.They came out great. Gone with the dirt..clean pad to start again!By the way, I purchased a corded model maybe 6 months before. cord is a pain to drag around, Get a cordless. The battery doesn't last long enough, and takes a long time to recharge.I really like the cordless. Easier to move around.

Bought this because I was tired of sponge mops. This works great! Cleans my kitchen tile floor in a few minutes with no strain. I have two slipped discs in my lower back, mopping leaves me in agony. But not with this! Easy to control, easy to fill, leaves my floor sparkling clean. I love that the cleaning pads can just be tossed in the washing machine and reused. This will save me time, money, and backache!Now, I have tile throughout my house, no vinyl, linoleum or wood floors, so don't know how it would work on those.Also love that it's rechargeable, and I got the mat that goes underneath it when not using it, which helps keep drips from causing more spots on the floor!I would highly recommend this to anyone with tile floors.
