Satisfied
They helped with my stubborn foot pain as I attended my sons wedding. They attached firmly and were very secure. I wore them in a low wedge sandal. They looked like part of the shoe. I found myself wearing my wedge sandals longer than I expected as my foot pain was diminished because of these arches. I was very satisfied and would recommend them.

Saving Me Money!
I like them for my plantar fasciitis, but I do wish they were a tad bit higher in terms of arch support. I can wear my cute sandals with the arches when I teach, but back to my Vionic flip flops at night. They do save me from having to shell out another $100 for orthopedic sandals.

They are fine if you dont have that high of arches
They were not at all what I expected. I thought they'd be an insertable sole, but instead they are tiny patches that you stick on. They are fine if you dont have that high of arches, but they don't really affect my feet because they dont reach the tops of my arches. I have really high arches though, so this wasn't a big surprise. They are nice if you are looking for a tiny light-weight support, but I don't know if I'd pay 10 dollars for them.

Great arch support for all kinds of shoes
I have Dr. Rosenberg's Instant Arch Supports in my flats, boots, heels, mules and sandals. They are provide exceptional cushioned support; the best I have found so I highly recommend them. After you have taken your first step in your shoes, you do not even know you are wearing inserts. The only issue I have with Dr. Rosenberg's supports is peeling off the non-stick backing. The supports have a very thin white lip around the perimeter which is the same color as the backing. Roll or bend that perimeter and it is virtually impossible to un-stick it from itself. So you carefully have to bend the support and run your fingernail about a millimeter in from the edge to lift off the support. To insert supports, if possible stick you foot in the shoe and slide the insert in place. Alternatively, mark the top and bottom of your arch with a red pen and then align and press in the support. Depending on the shoe, the support may ride a little up on the inner side of the shoe which improves the arch for me.Note: if you have supports in sandals or other shoes that do not require some kind of sock, know that your body heat, sweat and skin oils may compromise the adhesive enough that the support moves fractionally and you will feel the stickiness of exposed adhesive.

They are made to be positioned on side of shoe.
I read all the reviews how they weren't high enough, but thought I would take a chance. I did epwatch his video on how to apply them. First, not everything will work for all. I do believe that those with very high arches might not benefit from these, I don't know. But I have a normal arch, but still suffer from plantar facsiitis. For sandals, these of course will need to be laid flat. They could be a little higher, but I'm afraid if they were, it would feel like a hard ball or lump...which will hurt. In shoes, they are not meant to be worn flat. Mine are pushed up more to the side, and my arch lays against it, not on it. Good support when walking without feeling a lump, which hurts me. I think that is why they are made small. Myou can pkace in a high heel or flat...but position it more to the side of the shoe. Try that, and see if it doesn't work for you. I did try half and half and it still hurt too much.

Almost right.
Comfortable, but too flat

Perfect for low arches
I have low arches that can get painful without support. Unfortunately, many arch supports seem to be designed for average or high arches and wearing them can be nearly as painful as wearing no supports at all. Thankfully, I seem to have finally found a pair of arch supports that are well suited to my low arches. These were a perfect fit in my ballet flats, which were cushioned and comfortable other than the lack of arch support. I'll definitely be buying more for my other flats.
