High quality, very inexpensive
These AC gauges are of very high quality, very good feel , touch and accurate. It is amazing how inexpensive they are, bravo to both Amazon and the factory that made them!!. Come with extra accessories, including the 1/4"-5/16 flare adapter to go right into the testing port, which is thoughtful and convenient.

Does what I need for a great price
My evaporator core sprung a leak and after getting a couple of quotes, I decided a DIY fix was in order. This manifold gauge set wasn't my first choice, the other was sold out, but in hindsight this set has 1 ft longer hoses which made the AC work much easier.I had no trouble putting it together or hooking it up, the high side slid right on without any struggle. Seals were all good and I was able to successfully vacuum test my work for 12 hours without any leakage in the system or the gauges/hoses. Recharging the system was a breeze with the can tap adapter (not included!) and I felt much better doing the recharge with the gauges versus the prior work I've done with a single low side can tap and gauge. The high side connector did indeed stick after running the system for 30 minutes while I recharged the system and the root cause is very clearly thermal expansion. If I hook up the system when the system and car are cool, it pops right off without issue. Once the car and the system heat up, the connector and hoses heat up and then it becomes more difficult. In my case, I waited 5 minutes and the quick connect released without much fuss. I'm sure there is an engineering solution to this problem, but for the price I'm ok with waiting a few minutes. It gave me an excuse to have a beer and celebrate a successful AC repair!

Good value for the money; as others have noted, it's not perfect
I had a manifold gauge set sold by NAPA that lasted me about ten years; after a while, the fittings got worn out, the hoses became nicked in spots, and I dropped it which bent one of the gauge faces.... I decided to buy this cheap set instead of repairing my name brand one because apparently I am pretty hard on these. I used it to vacuum and fill a system the other day. The hoses and manifold feel like they are decent quality. The gauge housings are plastic, but the gauges are easy to read and seem to be more or less accurate. As others have noted, the temperature notations are in Celsius, but I don't use those anyway. (I go by the rule that on a car, low side should be 30-35psi and high side should be twice the outside temperature plus 50 PSI).Little caveats: 1. the fittings on the back of the manifold that are supposed to be for storage of the lines are not practical, because they are threaded fittings, not 134a ports. So you'd lose the actual end pieces because you would have to unscrew them in order to use the "storage ports." No big deal, I just don't use them, I wrap it all up and stick it in a cabinet anyway. 2. I did find the high side port to be a little finicky, nowhere near the disaster that other reviews describe, but I did have a little bit of trouble with it. I wear gloves when working with refrigerant, because common sense, but did experience the effect of the high side pressure venting out of the manifold and hose after some considerable effort to disconnect it from the car. I will monitor this and update the review as appropriate. At this point, I would recommend these for a DIYer or light user, with the low price in consideration.

Love it
I had to do a full evac of my ac system and it was perfect. Needed new gauges as mine got busted. I would recommend putting teflon tape on the treads just to be sure but overall I’m very happy with These gauges. Work amazing and are damn near perfectly calibrated (had a shop double check them before use)

Mini split adapter bad
Everything was good except the adapter for the mini split. It was manufactured poorly and would not fit as it should. I ordered another and completed the evacuation of the line set.

Incorrect Adapter for T-fitting, Celsius gauge not Fahrenheit
Like others have stated the adapter that's provided does not work for the T-can fittings you buy in the store. The threads do not lineup. Youre dead in your tracks. So they need to be more clear that the adapter provided Will not work. The second surprise was the gauges are in Celsius and not Fahrenheit, not a showstopper but a surprise nonetheless. Perhaps I did not realize it when I ordered it so make sure you order the right type you need.Mfg contacted me regarding my two complaints: I needed the Celsius version was my fault as it is stated in the product description- just be sure you see it. As for the adapter to fit a T-fitting on gas can, it does not come with the product rather the product is configured as std 134a threading. T-fittings for those 12 ounce gas cans commonly sold in automotive stores are different For this inconvenience, the mfg gave me a partial refund without asking for it. This company stands behind their product and customer.Additionally, I've been using the gauges for several days now under constant pressure and very happy with the product. Unlike other gauges I purchased in the past from HarborFreight (junk that leaked), these are performing perfecting.Changing my rating from 3 to 5
