I have found that this product not only helps with focus & clarity but it has been a major mood booster for me. I have found that I am waking up just in a better mood. I have less anxiety And just overall I feel mentally better, less negative thoughts and more of an even keel response to challenges. It was not what I was expecting, but I am very thankful for it. Now I did find that I cannot take it before I work out in the mornings as it causes me to get lightheaded during my workouts, seriously inhibiting my ability to get a good workout in. I'm ready for an improvement in energy and focus! So I ordered it! 5 hours later it's at my doorstep. First off take it with 8oz of water before eating! Now the packaging was quality it came in a glass jar with cotton and anti moisture pack, top tier!. I took the capsules no bitter taste i didn't experience any burpies. I have been using this product for almost a year and it does help with “fog”. Packaging could be better as my jar was shattered during my most recent shipping. Amazon did credit a portion of a replacement but not a 100% replacement stating it was a non-refundable product even though it arrived broke. That was disappointing since the box was not packed well causing it to shatter. If you have a similar experience…. Be sure to call Amazon and speak with a customer service representative… that’s the only way to get a credit
