My son has thick, long, naturly-curly hair. He chooses to wear his hair naturally curly. But, it has been a challenge finding a leave in conditioner that detangles and does not leave a residue.Thankfully, this leave in conditioner has been a hair miracle and works perfect for my son's hair. This conditioner, keeps my son's hair tangle free, and my son's curls form perfectly. Additionally, this leave in dries quickly and does not leave a dry residue.It is amazing for the price.

This is the detangling spray I have been searching for for so many years: because this brand was not always able to be found in my local stores, I initially started ordering directly from Sunny Isle. While they have excellent customer service and do their best to ship out ASAP, sometimes this product sells out. Enter Amazon: not only do I get it shipped amazingly quickly, but the price for a 2-pack is phenomenal!I use this weekly on wash night. A few sprays are all it takes (for reference, my hair is mid-neck length and a mix of 4A - 4C), the consistency is just right (I would describe it as a thicker liquid) and it smells wonderful. I've used it with both my fingers and my EZ-Detangler.Since it has oils in it, as per usual, exercise caution if you use it in the shower. However, any slickness disappears after a good cleaning.

This product detangles and leaves your hair so soft. Not greasy or heavy residue whatsoever. Really love it!

The best detangler I have found for my son yet! I have a bi-racial son with long curly hair and this is the absolute best, I spray it in his hair after a bath and brush through the curls with a unbrush (found on tiktok) works like a charm if your kids hair is tangled easily.

I have never written a review before, but I thought it appropriate to write one for this product. I have been wearing out my natural 4B/4C thick natural hair (I have fine strands though) since last spring and in the time between that I have been looking for a good leave-in conditioner and I am glad that I found this one! I used to use Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen & Grow Leave-In Conditioner which I liked a lot, but after a period of 3 month use I experienced protein overload ( I used the shampoo, deep conditioner, and leave-in of the line altogether). I have since found that I am protein sensitive despite my seemingly high porosity strands. This particular leave-in does not contain any proteins which I found worked better for my hair. A little definitely goes a long way with this for sure since it does contain Jamaican Black Castor Oil which if you have ever used or seen it, is very thick. I have used this leave-in as is after washing and deep conditioning , in order to twist and I thought it did a good job of keeping my strands moisturized ( For extra protection and sealing I add Shea Butter on top in the winter months). I think its a pretty good detangler (I used it after I washed and deep conditioned my hair) I used to be afraid of products with glycerin in them but this one has definitely changed my mind ( If only in the winter months) because my hair did not get super frizzy. If using in the LOC method I personally did not feel the need to add a oil on top because of its thick nature and the fact that it already contains an oil as I think that could be too heavy for some hair types/textures. If you like Jamaican Black Castor oil and have been looking for a way to incorporate it into your hair regimen I would definitely give this one a try.

This detangler does not need a whole lot to get hair untangled. It is non-greasy, and does not leave the hair wet after application. Not high in fragrance. Hair does not rectangle after using.

I use this hair product on my 4 year old. Her hair gets tangled easily. I love the conditioner because it’s a leave-in, it smells so good, and works very well to get tangles out. LOVE this hair hair product!

The bottle is slippery but the magic is inside. This stuff works great on black hair
