This is the worst product don't buy they are also mentioned as not refundable which means they don't have trust in themselves product don't buy.

Very poor quality product, cheap steel rod, broken plastic hinge within one week, now product is useless.

I am saving these Cascade Actionpacs for the really dirty, baked on food type saucepans etc.The pods do work well for really dirty items but the chemical perfume smell is so overwhelming, I won’t be buying them again after I use this container up.Why do manufacturers add such a strong perfume ?I can smell these things as soon as I open the cupboard, never mind the container.I wouldn’t use them for cups or mugs as the perfume seems to linger. Don’t want to ingest these chemicals.

The scent is overpowering, the whole house smells like it when I run the dishwasher. The smell also sticks to the dishes, and can be smelled a long time after dishes out of dishwasher. I gave it away to a neighbor after only a couple of loads. I'm down on these heavy perfumes. Some lemon scent is nice, but not this heavy drenching stuff.

There is an OVERWHELMING TOXIC SMELL to these pods!!! They stunk up my entire downstairs when I used them. The fumes burned my eyes and nose and throat. I had to open a window and turn on my air filter to try to clear the air. I have a light on my air purifier that comes on to let you know if the air quality is toxic. It came on and stayed on. It has been over two hours and the light is still on. They get the dishes clean but I have to wonder what the cost is to your health. If you value your lungs, eyes, nose and throat. Do not buy these pods!

While getting your dishes clean,,, the residue/smell they leave in your dishwasher and on your dishes about makes us pass out. It is horrible. If they smell that bad, they have to be leaving a film of some kind on your dishes, I would think. Is there any brand that actually cleans the dishes without that horrible chemical fume??? I hate all the natural ones I tried, they leave a white film in my dishwasher and on my dishes... HELP!!!

But I am, it's that good. We had been using the liquid/gel detergent from Cascade and switched to these pods. It was one of those things that we just dealt with, pre or re-washing dishes before running the dishwasher. Eventually the problem was so bad, I thought there must be something wrong with our washer. I checked for clogged filters and spray nozzles but the problem persisted. Then we decided to give these pods a try, and wow what a difference!! The stuck on stuff cleaned off and glassware clear. Even the water that gets trapped on top of concave bottoms of glasses, mugs, etc. was clear. We're extremely glad we gave this a try, it worked well for us.
