This are perfect for my needs. There are parts in my neighborhood that do not have sidewalks so when I walk my dog we have to walk on the street. During the day it's not to bad but at night it can get pretty scary. With these on I am easily seen. I have a small dog so I put one on around her neck as it was small enough in width that she did not show discomfort but long enough that it was not tight on her. I wear one on the side facing the street when walking. I am probably going to get another set that way I don't have to switch arms when walking if I have on on my dog. I think these are wonderful because you can put them on your arm, leg, small dog, bike etc. There are many ways to utilize this product. It is very easy to put on as it uses velcro. You can put them on and take them off with one hand. I am very glad I received this product for inspection at a promotional price in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. I plan on getting another set.

My son is trying to get into shape and loves to run so I decided to order these for him for his stocking for Christmas. The came in a package and each band also came individually packaged inside the bigger package. He can wear them around his ankles or his wrist for more visibility when running, jogging, or walking the neighborhood at night. They feel lightweight to hold but seem durable when I pulled on them. I took these bands into my bathroom, with had no windows, and turned the lights off, I then took a flash light and scanned the bathroom until I came across the bands and it was very obvious they were there. They had high visibility due to the reflectors. These are highly recommended for anyone who does anytime of nighttime running/jogging/walking.
