The Toner Cartridge works as well as the original, expensive cartridge.
I like the fact that this cartridge works as well as the original, and it cost less. I print all day long, and have had no problems.

The printer troubleshooting says it's incompatible, even though it's supposed to be the right kind. But the refund window already closed. Finally Amazon customer service arrange for refund.Previously I used bought October 2021 and worked perfectly but now make problems.

Worked great
Worked fine although I may have had a problem with one of the microchips after removing and reinstalling one but no stars deducted because I'm not 100 percent sure it was one of these. If that happens you can easily pull one off of an old cartridge but you'll have to deal with empty toner warnings

Printer wouldn't work with it
I have a Samsung M2020. According to the product description and what is written on the box, this toner cartridge should work with it. It doesn't. I removed the plastic guard from the cartridge as instructed, and the cartridge seemed to click into position in the printer as it should. But soon after, the printer warning signal started flashing red, and the printer (which works well with other cartridges) wouldn't do anything but continue flashing red. Too bad.

Quality printer cartridge
The laser printer cartridge fit perfectly into our printer. There were no issues with the print quality at all. The only hiccup I had was there is a piece of plastic protecting the cartridge drum which I had to remove, which is typical. I forgot to look at the instructions on how to remove it but figured it out in less than 10 seconds.

Just as good as OEM
These are so much less expensive. While the print quality might be *slightly* lighter than the OEM, overall it's fine and a MUCH better buy!

Good price and No complaints,
I’m pleased with this toner. It was less expensive than other options, fits into my Samsung M2020 printer perfectly, and prints as expected. I can’t speak to the longevity yet, but so far I don’t see any difference between this and the toner that came with the printer. I’m happy!
